Goodness, no! Refined and elegant as we might be, that would be devastatingly dull. No, there are also earth ponies and pegasi where I'm from, darling. As well as the occasional diamond dog, griffin, mule, dragon... but, well, most of us are ponies of... some sort or another.

What's an earth pony mean? Is that like a...normal pony?

If you mean humans, then yeah. There's a lot of humans. And ponies don't talk where I'm from. Aren't there any humans where you're from?

Hue-mans? No, I'm afraid I've never met somepony like you before! Unless you live far away, or deep in the Everfree forest. But you don't quite give off the right barbaric vibe for that neck of the woods.

An earth pony is a pony without horn or wings. None the less for it, of course! They can be just as strong without them, if not stronger!
